For a flat monthly fee of $35.00 USD, DocketMonitor sends email notifications as soon as any docket updates.

Though DocketMonitor remotely accesses PACER and makes dockets viewable online, PACER charges still apply each time the docket is checked. The DocketMonitor platform runs wholly independently of PACER and the service will be billed as normal.

Charges are only incurred when the system checks for updates. When a case is first added, it is not set to automatically update. It is simply added to your queue.

Once a frequency is determined, DocketMonitor will automatically check for updates. If no frequency is determined, the user will only be charged when the docket is manually checked by clicking the UPDATE button. PACER charges apply at each independent viewing of a docket.
